SUN SIYAM

Sun Siyam Resorts is a Maldivian-owned collection of luxury resorts in the Maldives. From humble beginnings, their evolution over three decades has seen them become one of the most sought-after resort brands in the Maldives – known for their warm luxurious hospitality and unique island experiences.
We were appointed to help them in their next phase of growth, 
to bring expert guidance by establishing a brand strategy and architecture framework – to help steer a refreshed and more elevated brand.

Sun Siyam, faced a pivotal moment: how to reposition its brand in one of the world’s most competitive luxury travel markets. With a growing portfolio across the Maldives and Sri Lanka, the challenge was to honor its deeply rooted Maldivian heritage while modernising its presence to attract a new generation of discerning global travelers. Internally, the brand also required clarity in communicating its differentiated experiences across multiple properties, without diluting the unique spirit that had defined it for decades.

We developed a dynamic brand architecture — THE HOUSE OF SIYAM — categorising properties into three curated tiers: Luxury, Privé, and Lifestyle. This gave clarity and flexibility, empowering guests and partners to easily navigate the brand’s diverse offerings.

The rebrand positioned Sun Siyam as a standout in the luxury travel sector, offering attainable, yet unforgettable experiences infused with cultural depth and contemporary elegance. The refreshed identity empowers the brand to expand globally while keeping its Maldivian heart front and center.

Our rebrand redefines Sun Siyam’s positioning within the luxury hospitality landscape, transforming it from a collection of resorts into a lifestyle brand with a compelling sense of purpose.

With design thinking at its core, the rebrand achieves a globally ambitious yet locally authentic identity celebrating its Maldivian heritage – An elevated brand experience that appeals to couples, families, and high-end adventurers alike.

Early indicators show improved brand recall, deeper guest engagement, and stronger direct bookings - signaling the brand’s evolution is resonating both commercially and culturally. The Sun Siyam rebrand is emblematic its rich Maldivian spirit shared-proudly with the world.

CHIA LAGUNA

Chia Laguna, a nature resort in the heart of wild Southern Sardinia Explore a landscape of untouched beauty, where rugged hills meet the sea and where nature dictates the rhythm of life.

Chia Laguna is more than just a place to stay - it’s a destination to reconnect with the earth, the sea, and oneself, with three hotels offering a diverse range of accommodations for every traveler.
